Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account details: name, email, phone (optional) and password (stored encrypted).
• Truck details: tank size, fuel level, average MPG and any optional ELD or VIN fields you add.
• Location: your device GPS position while the app is open, used to find nearby stations and plan routes. We do not track you in the background.
• Trip searches: start and destination you enter.
• Device and session info: browser type and a session identifier, used to keep one active sign-in per account.
• Billing: handled by our payment processor. We never store your full card number.

How we use it

• To show diesel prices, drive times, routes and traffic.
• To run your account, subscription and support.
• To keep the service secure and prevent abuse.

Who we share it with

Location coordinates and route searches are sent to our mapping and data provider (HERE Technologies) to return stations, routes and traffic. We also use hosting and payment providers. These providers may only use the data to deliver their service to us. We may disclose information if required by law.

Retention

We keep account data while your account is active. Cached price and route lookups are stored by map area, not by person, and expire within days. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

Your choices

• Turn off location in your browser or phone settings; you can still enter a location manually.
• Edit your profile and truck details on the Account page.
• Request a copy or deletion of your data by email.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit, and access to account data is restricted to you.

Children

The service is not intended for anyone under 18.
