Refund & Cancellation Policy

Free trial

Your 7-day free trial requires a card upfront. You will not be charged during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your card is charged $18.88 and your monthly subscription begins.

Monthly billing

Your subscription renews automatically every month on your billing date until you cancel. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice.

How to cancel

• Cancel anytime from the Account page, or email support.
• Cancel at least 24 hours before your trial ends or next renewal to avoid that charge.
• After cancelling, you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

Refunds

• Monthly charges are generally non-refundable, and we do not prorate partial months.
• If you were charged after cancelling, charged twice, or forgot to cancel your trial and haven't used the app since, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will refund it.
• Approved refunds go back to the original card within 5–10 business days.

Failed payments

If a payment fails, we will retry and notify you. Access may be paused until the payment succeeds.
