Terms of Service

1. The service

Fuel Finder Pro shows posted cash diesel prices near you and along planned routes, truck route planning, and live traffic. Prices, station details, routes and traffic come from third-party data providers and may be delayed, incomplete or wrong.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information.
• One account is for one person. Only one device can be signed in at a time.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password secure.

3. Subscription and trial

Fuel Finder Pro costs $18.88/month after a 7-day free trial. A card is required to start the trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged and your subscription renews monthly until cancelled. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Safe use

Do not operate the app while driving. Fuel Finder Pro is an aid, not a replacement for your judgment, posted signs, or legal requirements. Read the full Safety & Navigation Disclaimer.

5. Acceptable use

• No scraping, reselling, or redistributing app data.
• No reverse engineering, abuse of the service, or attempts to access other accounts.
• No submitting false price reports.

6. No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, including accuracy of prices, routes, clearances, restrictions or traffic.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Fuel Finder Pro is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, fuel cost differences, fines, citations, vehicle damage, delays or lost income. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. If changes are material, we will notify you in the app or by email. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
